Sometime, the PWTA is required even when there is no running water, due to no electricity or from a non operational pump. In this case, as long as the wellhead is accessible, we can access the water directly from the wellhead. Although this method does not usually yield the best results, it will meet the requirement for PWTA.

Generator

When the wellhead is not accessible, (ie. vault or below grade) and only when the pump is working, a generator could possibly be provided on site so that the test can be performed for the real estate closing.

Both services incur an extra fee.
